Biography
Stefano is a Fitness Coach with a passion for improving people's physical and mental wellbeing, as well as their performance in sports and life. Originally from Italy, Stefano moved to the United Kingdom in 2017, where he completed his Bachelor's Degree in Sport and Coaching Science at the University of Birmingham.
During his degree, Stefano gained significant experience coaching people across various sports and levels, including football, boxing, kickboxing, swimming, and resistance training. After completing his Personal Trainer Level 3 qualification, he pursued a Master's Degree in Strength and Conditioning at Coventry University, where he graduated with a Distinction.
Throughout his Master's Degree, Stefano worked as a Personal Trainer in a local gym, coached numerous online clients, and served as the Strength and Conditioning Coach at a semi-professional football club. He also continued his online personal training service and started working in a private fitness studio in 2021, coaching people of different ages and fitness levels on a full-time basis. Over the past few years, Stefano has worked with over 100 clients, and he is extremely confident in planning and delivering a fitness programme that can make a significant difference to your physical and mental health, helping you achieve your health and fitness goals and live a more fulfilling life.
In addition to his strength training, Stefano is an avid practitioner of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) and Muay Thai, having trained in both disciplines for several years. He is also passionate about coaching people in Boxing and Kickboxing, both amateur athletes and those looking to improve their fitness while learning a martial art.
